Scripts Package

The scripts package is a collection of scripts that we install on servers to report back the current state.

The report script will take measurements of the systems performance and email this information to the given address. This will generally include disk usage, current services listening o particular ports, who is logged on and other infrmation.

They are not designed to be the end all of programs to be installed on a linux system, but should asist along side other aplications.

This also includes the latest chkrootkit, that includes a custom install script.

The instasll script will setup a read only partition containing all the binaries required to scan the system for root kits.
